  • Mr. Gilles Gauthier explains the reasons for the Encroachment agreement for Tessier Street.

  • Council adjourns temporarily at 6:24 p.m. and the meeting resumes at 7:00 p.m.

    Mr. Daniel Gatien is asked to leave the meeting at 6:24 p.m.

    Mrs. Sonia Girard is asked to leave the meeting at 6:55 p.m. and she delegates Mr. Sébastien Huard, lawyer from the firm Emond Harnden to take the minutes of the in-camera meeting.
