    Be it resolved to authorize the OPP Hawkesbury detachment to install signs for a safe trade zone in the parking lot, and;

    Be it also resolved to take the funds from the reserve of the Hawkesbury police services board to pay for the cost of these signs.

    Whereas the Town has a financial incentive program under the Community Improvement Plan, and;

    Whereas previously the review committee was the Economic Development and Tourism Services Committee. The Committee made the decision on the request and the Committee recommended to the Treasurer.

    Be it resolved to appoint the planner administrator of the said program, and that the members of the Review Committee be Jean-Claude Miner, Chief Building Official, Rebecca Ménard, Assistant Treasurer and the Mayor, as recommended in document REC-33-19.

    Whereas the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 requires the creation of a Municipal Accessibility Advisory Committee for municipalities with a population of 10,000 and over, and; 

    Whereas the Committee currently has one member, and; 

    Whereas Mr. Bernard Boyer has already served on this committee and has shown interest in participating again. 

    Be it resolved to accept the appointment of Mr. Bernard Boyer on the Municipal Accessibility Advisory Committee, as recommended in document 2019-REC-34.
